Pasticceria Salvotelli was born about ten years ago, initially as a limited activity serving the family restaurant, and only later did we launch into the research and development of high quality leavened products, with particular attention to production processes, selection and respect for raw materials.
We are constantly growing and researching to try to offer our customers modern solutions, but always placing the right eye on tradition, nutritionally balanced and aesthetically appealing.
Products are leavened (panettone, pandoro and colomba) and customized cakes for every occasion (baptisms, communions, confirmations and weddings) as well as sweet and savory buffets.
As old as the traditions of our land, as frank and genuine as the people who inhabit it: this is the Farina Gialla di Storo, a unique product that we use in many of our creations.
From the characteristic Nostrano di Storo, the cobs, harvested at the first mists of October and then dried by the dry mountain winds, are slowly ground to preserve intact their nutritional principles and seductive aromas, so that you can enjoy innovative products as well as classic and traditional recipes.
