The choice to attend hotel management school at Istituto Superiore G. Perlasca in Idro (BS) then allowed me to meet great masters and acquire the necessary skills to be able to do this job.
The desire to go deeper and have a solid scientific basis led me to enroll in the Food Science and Technology course at the University of Padova, where I obtained my Bachelor’s degree and later my Master’s degree. Later I attended numerous professionalizing courses at the CastAlimenti school in Brescia and experience at “Il Ristorante Carlo Magno” with Chef Beppe Maffioli.”
The desire to learn, passion, study, knowledge and continuous research are the pillars on which Marco’s professionalism is based, leading him to actively collaborate as a consultant for companies in the food and pastry industry, as well as conducting courses for enthusiasts and professionals.
